- When we have a booking we will send you a contract for the rental period.
- For the contract we need a copy of your passport.
- In all our homes we have a minimum stay of 32 nights.
- You pay the monthly rent in advance.
- The deposit is one monthly rent and will be paid at the same time as you pay for the first month. It will be returned when you move out and after we checked the apartment/house. If there is any damage or similar we will deduct the cost to fix this from the deposit.
- We will charge a cleaning fee of 150 euro when you move out.
